Kum-Ba-Yah is a free CMS designed with Scout groups in mind. It provides everything a scout group needs to set up and run an effective group website for both members and non-members of the group. The full list of features is as follows:
You can also add your own pages with any other information you need. What's more, the whole site can be managed online, and you can assign pages and users access levels, so only certain people can view certain things.
The following screenshots show the default look of Kum-Ba-Yah. At the moment, only the default skin and a Network skin are available, but there'll be more themes available soon. The whole site has been styled using CSS though, so if you can't wait that long it isn't hard to customise the look of the site.
Kum-Ba-Yah comes with an Installation script to set up all the database stuff for you, so all you have to do is upload the files and fill in some details. Nothing to it! Installation instructions are provided in the package too.
You can download Kum-Ba-Yah from the link below. The current version of Kum-Ba-Yah is 1.0.3.

Not at all. Whilst it was written with Scouts in mind, anyone is free to use it. That means Guide groups, individuals, and... well, like I said anyone and everyone.
Nope, Kum-Ba-Yah is completely free. It was written from scratch, using only my own code and open source components, so it's not going to cost you in the future either! However, if you do use Kum-Ba-Yah and would like to donate to help support it's future development - please get in touch!
If you have an idea for an improvement, then let me know! I don't have a huge amount of time, so I can't guarantee that I'll be able to add every idea, but if you don't tell me about your idea, there's even less chance of me adding it!
